Love God
Worship, prayer, Scripture, and a growing relationship with Jesus are at the center of our life together.
You belong. We have a place for you. Come worship, grow, and build real relationships with people who are learning to follow Jesus together.
Visiting a church for the first time can feel uncertain. We want to make it simple. You do not need to dress a certain way, know all the songs, or have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
You will see everything from dress clothes to jeans and T-shirts. Wear what helps you feel comfortable and ready to worship.
A nursery is available during Sunday worship for children who have not started school. New Life Kids serves kindergarten through sixth grade after praise and worship. Children are also welcome to remain with their family.
Teaching is normally from the New King James Version (NKJV), while encouraging people to read faithful, reliable translations of Scripture.
New Life Christian Center is a family of believers who desire to love God, love people, grow through the work of the Holy Spirit, and live out the Great Commission in everyday life.
Worship, prayer, Scripture, and a growing relationship with Jesus are at the center of our life together.
Church is more than attending a service. It is a family learning to encourage, serve, forgive, and walk with one another.
We want faith to become visible in real life as believers mature in truth, character, service, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
Every believer has a part in sharing the gospel and becoming the hands and feet of Jesus in the community and beyond.
There is a place to belong, build relationships, ask real questions, and grow in faith.
Children in kindergarten through sixth grade gather after praise and worship for age-appropriate teaching and connection.
Students talk honestly about real life, the challenges they face, and how a relationship with Jesus speaks into everyday decisions.
Small groups create room for relationships, discipleship, prayer, and honest conversation in a more personal setting.
Our statement of faith summarizes the biblical convictions that shape our worship, teaching, and life together.
Scripture is our final authority for faith and practice.
We believe there is one God who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct in person and one in divine being and power.
Matthew 28:19 · 2 Corinthians 13:14We believe Jesus Christ is fully divine, the eternal Word and Son of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, lived without sin, was crucified and buried, rose bodily from the dead, ascended to heaven, and is seated at the Father's right hand.
Matthew 1:20 · John 1:1 · Ephesians 4:8–10 · Hebrews 12:2 · Revelation 1:18We believe the Holy Spirit is active today, glorifying Christ, bringing new birth, convicting the world, indwelling believers, empowering the church for service, and distributing spiritual gifts for the building up of the body of Christ.
Acts 1:8 · John 16:7–14 · Titus 3:5 · Romans 12:3–8 · 1 Corinthians 12 · Ephesians 4:11–13We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error in the original manuscripts, and the final authority in matters of doctrine and life.
2 Timothy 3:16We believe humanity was created in God's image but fell through sin and cannot restore itself by human effort. Redemption is provided through the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ and received through the new birth by grace through faith.
Genesis 1:26 · Romans 3:23 · Romans 5:12–19 · Romans 6:23 · Ephesians 2:8–9We believe in the bodily resurrection of the saved and the unsaved—the saved to eternal life with God and the unsaved to eternal punishment.
John 5:28–29 · John 14:2–3 · 1 Corinthians 15:16–17 · Revelation 20:11–15We believe in the catching away of the saints, the tribulation, the millennial reign of Christ, and the final defeat of Satan.
1 Thessalonians 4:13–17 · 1 Corinthians 15:49–57 · Revelation 20:4–6We believe every follower of Jesus shares responsibility for making disciples, sharing the gospel, and serving as Christ's witnesses.
Matthew 28:18–20 · Acts 1:8We believe in water baptism by immersion as an outward testimony of an inward work of grace, identifying the believer with Christ's death, burial, and resurrection.
Matthew 28:19 · Acts 2:38 · Acts 8:36–38 · Romans 6:3–4Whether you have followed Jesus for years, are returning to church, or are simply asking questions, you are welcome at New Life Christian Center.
